On the Key Working Procedure and the Main Control Points to Install PCCP of Water Delivery Project

通过南水北调中线北京段应急供水PCCP工程20多天的初期安装试验,从起重设备调整、现场安装吊具改制、PCCP就位、对接、偏差控制等方面,进行详细的分析、论证,提出大口径PCCP安装重点工序及控制要点,在施工过程中起到很好的效果。

By means of twenty-odd day＇s preliminary installation test of PCCP in Beijing section water supply project, which is located on middle main line of South-to-north Transfer Project, some problems to install PCCP are analyzed and demonstrated in detail. These problems include regulating crane device, remaking hoisting tool in place, placing each pipe at its seat, joining two pipes and deviation-controlling. On the basis of these results, the key working procedure and the main control points to install large-diameter PCCP are put forward. All of these have taken good effect in construction process.
