Huihe Irrigation District’s Water Resources Status and Countermeasure Thinking

浍河灌区水资源短缺,在水资源和水环境管理等方面存在管理体制不完善、供需矛盾突出和地下水超采等问题。通过对灌区水资源利用现状评价及供需平衡分析计算,找出存在的问题,提出水资源可持续利用及经济可持续发展的对策。

The Huihe Irrigation District is a region short of water resources. Some problems about water resources and water environment management exist. They are imperfect management system, outstanding contradiction between suppy and demand and groundwater overdrafting etc. By means of statusquo assessment on water resources development and analysis computation on balance between supply and demand, the existing problems are found and the countermeasure about water resources sustanible utilization and sustanible development of economy are out forward_
