木材硬度测试方法的探讨

Discussion on Testing Methods of Wood Hardness

ＧＢ１９４０－９１《木材硬度试验方法》中规定，对加压试样易裂的树种，钢半球压入深度允许减半，但须乘以４／３的修正系数。通过试验研究结果表明：在半压时，端面硬度的修正系数取４／３是正确的；侧面硬度的修正系数应取２．０～２．５为宜。

According to defined rules of testing method of wood hardness (GB 1940-91),the depth of seml-sphere made of steel pressed into the pice might be reduced a half in some splited trees,but the values should be multiplied the revised coefficinet 4/3.In this paper,the results show that it is reliable to choose 4/3 as the revised coefficient of values for wood hardness of cross section when half pressure were loaded,but it is more suitable to choose 2 0～2 5 as the revised coefficinet of values for wood hardness of side section.
