不同添食条件及发育阶段的家蚕血液蛋白电泳图谱分析

Gel Electrophoresis Studies on Blood Proteins of Bombyx mori with Different Feeding and in Growth Stages

采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法（不加ＳＤＳ）分析了家蚕从５龄至蛹期的血液蛋白质连续变化情况，以及添食化学物质对血液蛋白质的影响，发现添食化学物质只改变条带浓度尤其对第２、３区蛋白质的影响明显，很少有新蛋白带出现。

Continuent changes of silkworms blood proteins during the peried from the fifth in star larva to pupa by the the way of discontinuous system of dolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis without adding SDS and influence of application of chemicals by feeding on the silkworms blood proteins were investigated.Feeding changed the density of protein bands,especially the second and third bands,and gave rise to there a few new proteins.
