摘要
采用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳法分析,各品种家蚕幼虫组织液中酸性磷酸酶同工酶(APS)在pH4.7~5.4之间均有一系列相似性的强带;不同发育时期APS同工酶差异显著。过氧化物酶同工酶(PER)主带分布于pH4.1~4.2和pH7.7两处,且pH4.1~4.2之间的同工酶强度显著大于pH7.7处;不同发育时期的差异主要表现在pH7.7部分。
The Acid phosphatase and Peroxidase isozymes in silkworm larval tissue were investigated by means of isoelectric-focus polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and scanner.The results showed that all the APS isozyme patterns of used races had similar major belts among pH 4 7~5 4 and there were differences with larval development.But for the peroxidase isozyme all major belts appeared in pH 4 1~4 2 and pH 7 7,respectively,also the major belts in pH 4 1~4 2 were stronger than those in pH 7 7 and differences among races could be observed mainly in pH 7 7.
