前列地尔联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinic Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Methycobal in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察前列地尔联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将61例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组同时给予前列地尔和弥可保静注,对照组给予复方丹参针静脉滴注,疗程均2周。观察并对比两组治疗前后正中神经、腓神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度以及自觉症状改善等情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为43.3%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组在治疗后NCV均较治疗前改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05),且较对照组明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合弥可保是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法之一。

Objective：To observe the clinic effect of Alprostadil combined with Methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：61 DPN patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Both groups were given the routine treatment,and the treatment group also received Alprostadil and Methycobal intravenous injection,the control group were also given complex Danshen Rootintervenous drop infusion.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Observed the motor and sensory conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve and subjective symptom before and after treatmem, and compared the difference between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 87. 1%, and it was 43. 3% of control group. The nerve conduction velocity of treatment group was obviously faster than control group（P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion.. It was an effect way of Alprostadil combined with Methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
