摘要
为提高作业效率和施工精度,提出一种基于CAN总线的平地机自动找平系统设计,给出系统总体结构、接口电路及软件设计流程。使用自动找平系统可使平地机按照预设的基准,自动调节铲刀,从而获得理想的施工质量。该系统具有精度高、操作简单、效率高、节省材料和投资等优点。采用CAN总线通信方式使整个系统的结构更加紧凑,系统更加可靠,更具有实用性,易于系统及功能扩展。
In order to improve the work efficiency and construction precision, an automatic leveling system of grader based on CAN bus is presented.The system structure,the interface circuit and the main flow charts of softwate design are given. The grader with automatic leveling system regulates lifting of blade automatically according to the presupposed reference to obtain perfect construction quality.The system has the advantages of high accuracy ,simple operation and high efficien- cy,and it saves materials and investments.The use of CAN bus communication makes the structure more compact,the system more reliable and practical, and easier to be expanded for system and function.
