介绍哈尔滨铁路局货运处通过建立岗位标准、完善考核制度、健全考核体系来完善考核机制;运用信息化手段进行动态考核、跟踪考核,改进考核方式来增强考核的时效性;落实考核制度来确保考核的严肃性。
This paper introduces attendance system improvement made by Harbin Railway Administration by way of constructing position requirements and enhancing attendance system.The informationized method is adopted to conduct dynamic attendance and tracking attendance and to improve the timeliness of attendance and to strictly implement the attendance system.
