摘要
针对引信电磁保险机构体积较大,在引信应用中受到限制的问题,通过对电磁保险机构尺寸影响因素分析,得出电磁保险机构尺寸对工作性能的影响规律:减小径向尺寸有利于提高电磁力,并且减小轴向尺寸受到线圈电流额定值限制。仿真研究表明:当径向尺寸减小47%时,电磁保险机构响应时间缩短43%;当轴向尺寸减小30%时,响应时间增加4%。
Big volume of the electromagnetic safety and arming device affects its application in fuze. In order to solve this problem,the influencing factor of size of the device is analyzed to obtain the size influence on its performance:reducing axial size can help to enhance the magnetic force, while reduction of axial dimension is restricted by the rated value of coil current. The simulation results show that the response time of electromagnetic safety and arming device shortens by 43% when the radial size decrease by 47% and the response time increase by 4% when the axial size decreases by 30%. It is also showed that with the given method the volume can be reduced effectively without affecting property index of electromagnetic arming device.
