摘要
我国的证券市场由于本身机制的缺陷和监管缺位致使违法犯罪行为不断发生,公安机关要提升打击证券犯罪的力度,必须设立证券犯罪专门侦查机构,提高证券犯罪侦查的效率,从而维护证券市场稳健快速的发展壮大。
The crimes often happened in the securities market because the lack of self-mechanism and supervision.The police should beat the crimes hardly,build up special spy organ,and enhance the spy efficiency,for the maintaining and protect the market.
