丙氨瑞林对人子宫内膜癌裸鼠移植瘤生长抑制作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一,近年发病率在世界范围内呈上升趋势。子宫内膜癌的主要治疗方法为手术、放疗、化学药物、激素治疗。早期子宫内膜癌以手术治疗为主,晚期和复发性的子宫内膜癌以激素及化疗等姑息治疗为主。促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)是近几年开始应用于肿瘤临床的激素类治疗药物。目前GnRH已成功用于治疗乳腺癌、卵巢癌及前列腺癌等激素依赖性肿瘤,但对子宫内膜癌的研究较少,目前已有一些临床试验性的研究,尚未有动物实验及系统的体外实验研究文献:张玉泉等报道休外实验显示丙氨瑞林对人子宫内膜癌纲胞株HEC-1A有抑制作用,
