磁共振成像与磁共振波谱对前列腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生是老年男性常见的疾病,如何用无创检查鉴别前列腺良恶性病变,对指导治疗及评估预后有重要临床意义。磁共振成像(MRI)具有良好的组织对比和多平面成像能力,能较好地显示前列腺的解剖结构和病变。磁共振波谱(MRS)分析,是检测前列腺代谢信息的无创性方法.提高了前列腺疾病诊断的特异性和敏感性。本研究对23例前列腺疾病患者进行了MRI及MRS,进一步探讨其临床意义。
