摘要
为了更好地利用企业资源,面向订单的单件小批量生产物料需求计划,对于企业建立一套有效的物料管理与生产计划机制,进而动态适应交货期有着十分重要的意义。它首先对物料需求计划系统进行研究,然后对基于JIT与OPT模式的MRP算法进行详细的分析,提出一个基于JIT动态适应交货期要求的MRP优化算法,该算法对项目工程时间进行精细化分解,更加充分利用工作时间碎片,并且实现了可视化,显著提高了企业生产率。
In order to make good use of enterprise resources.It is important to research MRP in enterprises which need to deal with the single batch production orders.The research can make an effective method for material management and productive plan.A brief showing of the MRP system is introduced.MRP algorithm based on JIT/OPT model is anelysed,then a MRP optimized algorithm with dynamic adaptation for desired delivery time based on JIT is proposed,making good decompositions for the project time,fully using the fragments of operating time. At the same time,implementing the visualization of the proposed algorithm.
