摘要
该项目是利用AT89C2051单片机设计一个数字电容表,可测量容量小于2μF电容的容量。主要利用电容充电过程,经单片机计算后再采用数码显示,显示部分采用LED数码管(3位半)数字显示,最大显示值为1999,读数单位统一采用nF,量程分4档。这里利用功能较强的AT89C2051单片机进行计算与控制。该系统的测试数据符合设计和使用要求,并已投入使用。
This research project is design a digital electric capacity table using AT89C2051 to measure the capacity smaller than 2 nF.The main method is using the condenser charge process,then uses the numerical code to demonstrate after monolithic integrated circuit′s computation.The demonstrated part uses the LED nixietube(3-and-a-half).The largest demonstration value is 1999,the reading unit unifies using the bicrofarad(nF),and the measuring range is divided four grades.Based on the AT89C2051 is to carry on the computation and the control. The manufacture result is successful, and the tested data conforms to the design and the operation requirements, and has been operational.
