摘要
采用16位高性能单片机SPCE061A为控制核心,选择DS18B20为温度传感器,设计一个三通道高精度温度测控系统。软件采用PID控制算法提高了控温精度。通过电加热水温进行调试验证。结果表明,系统对温度的测量精度达到±0.05℃,控制精度达到±0.2℃;系统具有高可靠性、高精度、高稳定性的特点。
Using the 16 bit high-performance single chip SPCE061A for the control of the core,selecting DS18B20 for the temperature sensor,designing a three-channel high-precision temperature measurement and control system.Adopting PID control algorithm to the software for improving the control accuracy.Through the electric heating water temperature is debugged authentication.The results show that:The system of temperature measurement accuracy has reached ± 0.05 ℃,the control accuracy reached ± 0.2 ℃;system has high reliability,high precision and high stability of characteristics.
