基于SWOT分析的安徽省中小型专用车的产业发展研究

中小型专用车产业是安徽省汽车工业整体发展的不可或缺的重要力量.但由于这些企业的规模偏小,普遍存在资金、人才匮乏和设备落后、技术水平低的问题,在激烈的市场竞争环境中困难重重.针对安徽省专用车企业的现状,结合专用车产品的自身特点,利用SWOT法分析安徽省中小型专用车产业目前发展的优势、劣势、发展机遇以及威胁因素,给出安徽省中小型专用车产业发展策略的建议.

As the major component of Anhui automobile industry, the special purpose vehicle industry is necessary and important. However, due to the lack of capital, human resources and equipment, the enter- prise size is so small that it is difficult to promote the market competition capacity. On the basis of the actual state of Anhui special purpose vehicle enterprises and the characteristic features of the special pur- pose vehicle products, SWOT analysis helps us make corresponding development strategies,breed their own brands and have a quick development. Finally proposals on development of Anhui middle and small special purpose vehicle industry are given.
