摘要
基于工作说明量表与洛克量表的有机结合,采用问卷调查法对高校学报编辑满意度进行了调查分析。分析表明,编辑的人生观、价值观取向基本趋于一致,编辑对上司、工作本身、同事、沟通的满意度较高;对认同感、福利、报酬的满意度居中;对晋升和规章制度的满意度较低,而且不同属性对编辑工作满意度的评价绝大多数没有显著性差异。
Based on Locker's Employee Satisfaction Scale, the writers use the questionnaire to investigate the university journal editors in order to find out their degree of satisfaction in their editorial work. The result indicates that the editors' outlook and values on life tend to be the same, but they have high satisfactions with their bosses, their work, their colleagues and the communications among them. As to satisfactions toward identity, the welfare, and the payment come between. And the satisfactions to the promotions and to the working rules and regulations are low. There is no distinct satisfaction difference for different editorial work.
