摘要
当前骚扰电话问题日益普遍.为提出一种有效的解决手段,总结了骚扰电话的一些普遍特点.简单分析了骚扰电话识别与监控的需求,并在此基础上给出了一种骚扰电话识别与监控的实现方案.最后,对实现方案中的关键技术做了介绍.
Nowadays, the phenomenon of telephone harassment is becoming more and more pervasive. So as to advance an effective method to resolve telephone harassment, this paper sums up the characteristics of telephone harassment, and analyzes the requirements of the system for telephone harassment identification and monitoring. Base on the requirements, this paper describes how to realize the system, and analyzes the key technologies.
