摘要
目的分析胃腺癌及癌旁正常组织中PI3-K和NF-κB的蛋白表达,探讨两者在胃腺癌发生发展中的作用和相互关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测20例胃腺癌及其癌旁正常组织中PI3-K和NF-κB蛋白的表达水平,比较在不同组织中PI3-K和NF-κB的阳性表达率及表达强度。结果PI3-K蛋白及NF-κB蛋白在胃腺癌中阳性表达率分别为100.0%、95.0%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率(40.0%、20.0%)(均P<0.01);且胃腺癌中PI3-K与NF-κB蛋白表达强度均高于癌旁正常组织(均P<0.01)。胃腺癌中PI3-K与NF-κB蛋白表达成明显正相关(r=0.584,P<0.01)。结论胃腺癌组织中PI3-K和NF-κB蛋白表达明显上调,且二者成正相关,PI3-K和NF-κB可能协同促进胃腺癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the protein expression levels of both PI3-K and NF-κB in gastric adenocarcinoma and pericancerous normal tissues, and to investigate the relationship between their expressions and development of gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of PI3-K and NF-κB proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 gastric adenoeareinoma and their pericancerous normal tissues. Then we analyzed the expression rate and intensity of PI3-K and NF-κB in different tissues,and analyzed the relationship between their expression and development of gastric cancer. Results The positive expression rates of PI3-K and NF-κB protein were respectively 100.0% and 95.0% in gastric adenoeareinoma,which was higher than that in pericancerous normal tissues (40.0% ,20.0%, all P〈0.01). The expression intensity of PI3-K and NF-κB in gastric adenoeareinoma was higher than that in pericancerous normal tissues too(all P〈 0.01). There was positive correlation between PI3-K and NF-κB(r=0. 584,P〈0.01). Conclusion There was positive correlation between PI3-K and NF-κB expressions in gastric adenoeareinoma and that increased. PI3-K and NF-κB may play an important role in the cancerogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.
