关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折

Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation with Arthroscopy to Treat Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的探讨在关节镜微创条件下行胫骨平台骨折内固定的临床疗效。方法对63例胫骨平台骨折患者在关节镜监护下进行小切口复位钢板螺钉内固定术，镜下同时处理关节内合并损伤。结果随访6～18个月，平均11．4个月。所有患者均在3～4个月骨性愈合，未出现切口愈合不良、感染和骨筋膜问室综合征等早期并发症。膝关节功能恢复好，无明显的膝关节内翻、外翻畸形，其中优49例，良11例，优良率为95．3％。结论采用关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折具有损伤小、操作安全、复位固定满意，并能同时处理关节内合并伤，术后功能恢复快等优点。

Objective To discuss the clinical results of the minimally invasive internal fixation with arthroscopy for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods 63 cases of freshan closed tibial plateau fracture and complicated injury were treared by internal fixation, under arthroscopy. Results All cases were followed up for 6 monthes to 18 monthes,mean 11.4 monthes. The fractures healed in 3 to 4 monthes,there was no complication of incision and joint infection in all patients. According to relational criterion,including excellent in 49 cases, good in 11 cases, the rate of excellence and fineness was 95.3 %. Conclusion Internal fixation with arthroscopy is the treatment of for tibial plateau fractures with advantages of minimal invasive,safe procedure, early rehabilitation, and treating the combined injures at the same time.
