摘要
目的探讨胫骨平台骨折合并膝关节稳定结构损伤的手术治疗方法及其预后情况。方法回顾性分析23例胫骨平台骨折合并膝关节稳定结构损伤患者的临床资料,对其术后膝关节功能及骨折复位情况进行评估。结果23例患者术后膝关节功能评分优良率为82.6%,影像学评分优良率为78.3%。主要存在的问题有遗留膝关节屈曲功能障碍及局部疼痛。无膝关节不稳定病例。结论胫骨平台骨折合并膝关节稳定结构损伤的治疗方案应个体化,恢复关节面平整的同时,有效修复稳定结构是保证膝关节功能康复的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the treatment protocol of tibial plateau fracture associated with ligament injury and their prognosis. Methods 23 cases of tibial plateau fracture associated with ligament injury were investigated retrospectively, the postoperative function and state of fracture reduction were evaluated. Results The satisfactory rate of clinical and radiographic score according to Rasmussen criterion were 82.6% and 78.3% respectively. The main complication lied in insufficient knee flexion,pain,and early osteoarthritis. No unstable cases were found. Conclusion The individualized surgical treatment protocol should be used in cases of tibial plateau fracture associated with higament injury. It was essential for the knee function rehabilitation to maintain the articular surface integrity and repair the ligament.
