垫式可摘义齿的临床应用

Clinical Application of Occlusion Splint of Removable Partial Denture

目的通过对缺牙伴重度深覆（牙合）的患者进行（牙合）垫式可摘义齿修复，探讨重建颅-颌-关节-（牙合）系统，恢复颌平衡的有效方法。方法对20例缺牙伴重度深（牙合）胎患者进行模型制取，测定颌位关系，适当的升高咬合，恢复正常的颌间距离，以铸造支架（牙合）垫（金属网加塑胶）式可摘义齿进行修复，于治疗后1、2周，1、2个月进行随访观察。结果戴用义齿2周内有效14例（70％），2周～1个月内有效3例（15％），1～2个月有效1例（5％），总有效率90％（18／20）；无效2例（10％）。结论（牙合）垫式可摘义齿不但修复缺损的牙列，还恢复了正常的颌位关系，保护了口颌系统，防止牙体的进一步磨损。

Objective To make casting frame removable partial dentures with occlusion splints to restorate for cases diagnosed with dentition defect accompanied with tooth severe abrasion and explore the effective method of rehabilitating vertical dimension, the balance of occlusion and the whole occlusion system. Methods The cast of 20 clinical cases was made,maxillomandibular relations were recorded, restoration vertical dimension, and casting frame removable partial dentures with occlusion splints. The clinical effect were evaluated at the 1st week, 2nd week, 1st month,2nd month after treatment, Results Of all the cases,14 （70%）adapted to the denture in 2 weeks,3（15%） in 1 month, 1（5%） in 2 months,the total effective rate 90% （18/20）. 2（10%） couldst adapt. Conclusion This method not only reserves the tooth structure,but also restores configuration and function of the lost tissues. It＇s really a constantly effective remedy.
