摘要
〔目的〕评价红外热成像体温监测系统在应用于口岸传染病预防控制中的科学性、有效性,分析影响其测温准确性的相关因素,提出建议,指导实际应用。〔方法〕对2008年福田口岸入境人员检疫数据及热成像体温监测系统监测数据进行统计分析;就被测物与探头的距离、高度、角度及温度因素变化对检测结果准确性的影响进行模拟实验,分析实际应用中出现的现象。〔结果〕体温监测是目前口岸现场发现疑似传染病人的主要途径,在口岸现场以体温检测手段快速筛查以发热为初起症状传染病的检疫措施是科学有效的。被监测物所处位置距探头和黑体的相对距离、角度对测温准确性有影响,且有一定的线性关系;物体高度对测温的准确性没有明显影响;低热温度测量准确性明显偏低,此外,影响红外热成像体温监测仪准确性的因素还有很多。〔结论〕红外热成像体温监测系统有便捷、覆盖面广、高效的优点,对于大人流量的旅检口岸,能显著提高卫生检疫效率,值得在系统内全面推广。建议继续探索、研究、完善红外热成像体温监测技术,提高其准确性和稳定性。
Objective To estimate the rationality and effect of the thermal infrared temperature detection system and analyze interrelated factors on accuracy rate for providing scientific basis for applying effectively to control and prevent infectious diseases at port. Method The data from the thermal infrared temperature detection system among entry population at Futian port in 2008 were analyzed. An experiment analyzing the influence of distance, height and point of view of the object (people) on temperature by the infrared detector was designed. Result Except height, the distance between the position of object (people) and detector and inductor as well as their point of view were all the interrelated factors on accuracy rate of temperature detection which was the main way to detect effectively the infectious diseases of suspicious people. Conclusion Thermal infrared temperature detection system have the advantage of convenience 、effect and extensive coverage and could monitor the infectious diseases effectively at port and it is worth to be popularized at other port.
