摘要 〔目的〕通过口岸医学媒介生物查询系统的建立,实现全国医学媒介生物信息的图形化分布查询,以及实现医学媒介生物信息的及时更新,集中管理。为口岸医学媒介生物控制提供有效工具。〔方法〕通过对截止2006年有效本底资料的搜集与研究,建立全国基于中国动物地理区划的口岸检验检疫机构的信息数据库;建立全国口岸医学媒介生物种群信息数据库;建立国境口岸医学媒介生物区系信息数据库;形成中国口岸医学媒介生物区系系统。〔结果〕在上述研究基础上开发了基于GIS的中国口岸医学媒介生物查询系统。〔结论〕本研究使全国口岸医学媒介生物信息查询得以在一张地图上实现,可以有效提高全国口岸对媒传疾病分析能力与反应速度,提高口岸传染病的预防和控制效果。 Objective Through the establishment of an inquiry information system for medical vectors of frontier ports, to realize the inquiry of graphical distributions of the national medical vectors information and to achieve the instant update as well as the central management of the information so that an effective tool is provided for control of the medical vectors of frontier ports. Method According to the collection and analysis of background data that is based on zoogeographical division and valid till 2006,building databases should be our periority, including national data banks based on zoogeographical division at port inspection and quarantine authorities, national databases for medical vectors species at the frontier ports , and databases for medical vectors biota at the frontier ports, thus forming a system of medical vetors biota at Chinese frontier ports. Result On the ground of the analysis above, the GIS- based inquiry system of the frontier ports medical vectors in China has been developed. Conclusion The study focuses on the combination of the frontier port inspection and quarantine agencies with medical vectors species composition and distribution division, which contributes to development of GIS-based inquiry system, realizing the dream that an inquiry can be successfully made in one map for the entire medical vectors information at all the frontier ports across the country. At the same time, the analytical capability and quick response can he boosted greatly for vector-borne diseases at the frontier ports nationwide, and prevention and control of the related diseases is effectively improved.
