摘要
植物体细胞杂交在一定程度上可打破物种间的界限,克服远缘有性杂交不亲和性,促进不同物种间基因的渐渗和交流。利用体细胞杂交将亚麻的遗传物质导入普通小麦中,可望为小麦品质的改良提供理论与实践依据。体细胞杂种酯酶同工酶的差异结果表明:在杂种中双亲酶谱带可共存、一方缺失或有新条带的出现,说明发生了遗传物质的消减与渐渗。
Somatic hybridization can be used to overcome sexual crossing barriers and the cross-incompatibility of distant hybridization. It offers an approach for the introgression of the beneficial genes from the flax(donor) genome to the wheat(recipient). Banding profiles of esterase isoenzyme analysis of putative somatic hybrids showed that the coexistence of biparents, novel or absent bandings presented in some clones meant that the chromatin elimination/introgression occurred during somatic hybridization.
