摘要
本文针对苎麻牵切纺牵切条中硬条、集束多的问题,探索了几点改善措施:如加装针辊,可使牵切条中硬条减少18%左右,"集束"降低25%左右;对喂入的精干麻进行预牵伸,可使牵切条中硬条减少26%左右,"集束"降低31%左右;对牵切条进行针梳后,硬条减少20%左右,"集束"减少32%左右;并比较分析了苎麻牵切纱和常规纱的成纱质量,结果表明:苎麻牵切纱质量显著优于常规纱。
The quality of ramie stretch-breaking slivers can be improved by appling needle miler, predrafting degummed ramie and grilling stretch-breaking slivers in the experiment. The result indicates that string content is reduced by about 18 percent and "fiber cluster" is reduced by around 25 percent with needle roller; string content is reduced by about 26 percent and "fiber cluster" is reduced by around 31 percent by predrafting degummed ramie; string content is reduced by about 20 percent and "fiber cluster" is reduced by around 32 percent after giUing stretch-breaking slivers. The quality of ramie spinning by stretch-breaking spinning is compared with the traditional ramie spinning, the result shows that ramie stretch-breaking spinning process is better than traditional ramie spirming.
