摘要
虽然2500Nm超细苎麻纤维的刚性随着支数的提高得到极大的弱化,但是由于该苎麻纤维细度仍然大于3.0d,刚度仍然较大,纯纺加工成纱毛羽仍然很多。采用新型苎麻湿法纺纱技术,解决了纯苎麻纱毛羽多的难题,为织造高品质纯苎麻面料提供具有专有特点的纱线原料。
The increasing of ramie fiber count leads to the weakening of fiber stiffness but the fiber fineness is still more than 3.0d, the stiffness is still large and the hairiness of ramie yarn is very much. New process technology of ramie wet spinning settles the problem of a lot of hairiness in pure ramie yarn, which will provide special yarn material for good quality pure ramie fabric.
