摘要
欧洲高等教育质量管理评估的兴起,源于高等教育的扩张;高等教育的多样化;高等教育的经费短缺和高等教育与国家之间关系的变化。欧洲全国性高等教育质量评估机构出现于20世纪80年代末,其顺应了公共机构和行业对高等教育进行问责的趋势。其评估模式主要为"一般模式",对我国本科教学评估具有一定的借鉴意义。
In Europe, higher education quality management assessment originated from higher education expanding, "higher education diversification, higher odueation financial shortage and the change of relation between higher education and nation. European national higher edueation quality assessment emerged in the late 80's of last century, complying with the trend of higher education accountability for public institutions and professions. The assessment mode is mainly the "general mode", and can provide reference for Chinese undergraduate teaching assessment.
