In this paper, the characteristics of the enterprise management information system of the cloud computing era are first analyzed, and its technical framework based on computing resources sharing is also investigated. By using the public cloud computing platform, the information system of logistics allied enterprises is designed, so that enterprises of the supply chain can carry out a much more refined and dynamic management for production and logistics, which then reduces the e-business operating costs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and realizes the intelligent and green logistics.
