摘要
论述了改革开放以来，我国利用外商直接投资的发展历程；对我国利用外商直接投资的现状进行了分析；对所存在的问题，提出了对策和建议。
The author discusses the development of direct foreign investment in our country since the reform and opening to the outside world, analyses the current conditions of foreign investment and the existing problems, and puts forword new proposals of solving the problems.
