摘要 车轮轮缘和踏面运用后不可避免产生磨损,提出轮对修复的技术要求,阐述车轮踏面及轮缘磨耗的测量、补焊和旋修工艺,介绍轮对的修复工艺与设备的发展以及新工艺、新设备的应用。 The wear is inevitably for wheel flange and tread during operation.The technical requirement for wheelset repair is proposed.The tech-nology of measurement, repair welding and turning repair for wear of wheelset tread and flange is discussed.The repair technology, the development of equipment and the application of new technology and new equipment are introduced.
