我国对疾病相关诊断分组医疗付费制度的研究探讨

The Research of DRGs-PPS in Our Country

在解决医疗费用持续上涨问题上,各国都有自己相应的制度和措施,目前国外运用较成熟的制度是按诊断分类预定额付费制(DRGs-PPS)。我国也面临着医疗费用不合理增长及如何有效控制的问题,国内学者对DRGs-PPS的研究越来越重视。因此,有必要对近十年来国内对DRGs的相关研究作一回顾性综述。

On solving the problem of continuous rising costs in medicine, every country has their own corresponding system and measures.At present, DRGs-PPS has been adopted as an efficient measure in foreign countries.Our country also faces the problems of the unreasonable rise on medical expenses and how to effectively control the rise,and researchers are paying attention to DRGs-PPS.It is very necessary to make a retrospective review on the researchs of DRGs-PPS in our country.
