目的:探讨我国医院上市融资的可能性,以解决现阶段国家卫生投入不足的难题。方法:通过对我国医院和资本市场的研究,分析我国医院融资难的原因并提出对策。结果:中国创业板的推出是医院上市发展的重大机遇。结论:有条件的医院应该抓住中国创业板的机会,利用资本市场的平台,促进医院上市发展。

Objective：Though research of the possibility of Chinese hospitals listing to solve the problem of inadequate investment in the National Health.Methods：Based on research of the Chinese hospitals and capital market to find the causes of hospital listing difficult and propose a solution.Results：Chinese Second Board is a more important opportunity to hospital development listed.Conclusion：The eligible hospitals should be listed on the Second Board and use capital markets platform to development themselves.
