分析我院2007—2008年度120例药品不良反应的报告

Analysis of 120 eases of adverse drug reaction

目的分析药品不良反应的特点和规律，促进临床合理用药。方法对120例药品不良反应报表进行分析。结果涉及ADR药品有30种。抗感染药物居首位，其次为中成药；静脉注射引发的ADR有95例占79．17％；ADR的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损伤为主，其次是消化系统损害。结论应注意合理用药，以避免和减少药品小良反应发生。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reaction （ADR） and promote rational clinical drug use. Methods 120 reports of ADR were analyzed. Results There were 30 kinds of medicine involved with ADR. Among these medicines, the Anti-infectives ranked the first and Chinese traditional medicine was on the second. And Intravenous injection brought 95 cases of ADR. Both skin rashes, itching and other skin damage including its annex injures were the main clinical manifestations of ADR, the injuries of digestive system come next. Conclusion In order to avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, the rational usage of drugs should be noted.
