人耳具有特殊的结构,长期的高强度噪声暴露,长期在噪声环境中通话或收听,不当使用低质的设备或耳机,都会对人耳产生危害。欧洲委员会有关听力安全的指令有R&TTE指令、低电压指令、GSPD指令和NOISE指令等,但对象有所区别。中国新发布的标准YD/T1884-2009"信息终端设备声压输出限值要求和测量方法"对信息终端设备的各项指标提出了要求,以保护人耳的安全。此外,标准还规定了每日噪声暴露量,旨在对实际话务工作环境中的人员提供保护。最后,文章结合标准对设备厂商、媒体、政府部门和使用者给出了一些合理建议。
The human ear has special structure which transforms any sound vibration reached into perceptible listening content. Excessive exposure to high intensity and long-lasting sound, making phone call or listening to music under noisy environment for a long time, even using audio equipments or earphones of poor quality improperly will damage the ear permanently or lead to complete hearing loss. The YD/T 1884-2009 standard "Sound Pressure Level Limit Requirement and Measurement method for Telecommunication & Information Terminal Equipments" specifies requirements for information terminal equipments to proteet human ears. Furthermore, the standard gives the limit of daily noise exposure to protect operators in practical working conditions. Some useful suggestions are given to the terminal producer, media, government and eonsumers.
