摘要 本文在大量工业化应用的基础上,讨论了超硬材料工具制造过程中的烧结原理、烧结工艺、配方设计原则、金刚石的质量评价及选用、工具的几何形状设计等一系列问题。重,或分析了铁基金刚石刀头的组分构成及各级分的作用,与传统结合剂相比分析指出了其存在的问题:(1)热强度、硬度低,从而工作状态下对金刚石把持力低,造成金刚石脱落;(2)烧结过程中铁强烈腐蚀损伤金刚石。真空微蒸发镀钛金刚石由于使金刚石与结合剂之间强力焊接结合并且镀附金刚石表面致密难熔的钛及碳化钛薄膜隔开了金刚石与铁的接触,使得高性能价格比的铁基刀头大规模应用于工业化生产。 Based on serial application results, composition of iron based bond diamond segment is analysed and compared with colbat based bond. The difficult of replacing colbat with iron has two reasons: 1. Poor hot strength and hardness of iron matrix cause the diamond grit to pull off. 2. Iron corrodes the diamond grits and causes diamond grits to transform into graphite.Ti and Ti based alloy coated diamond grits by vacuum slow vapor deposition present strong bonding between diamond grits and iron based alloy matrix, Ti and TiC films of the coating prevent the diamond grits from being corroded by iron, thus a high cost performance iron based-diamond saw segment is recommented.
