摘要
教师情感能力是指教师从事教育教学活动所必备的处理学生、教材以及自身情感的能力,教师良好的情感特征首先表现在准确的情绪认知能力、良好自我体验和高超自我调节能力。一个成功的教师除了具备准确的情绪认知能力外,还必须具有高超的与学生进行情感交往的能力与技巧,并能够在教学中能够充满激情的表达教材内容,引导学生理解教材所表达的情感,内化为自己的信念,达到"意义建构"。
Good teachers' emotion lies in appropriate emotional cognitive ability, fine self-experience and excellent self-adjustment. An excellent teacher should own appropriate emotional cognitive ability as well as the ability in and skills of communicating with students emotionally,express the content of the textbooks with enthusiasm in his classroom,guide his students in understanding the feelings in the teaching material,and internalize the feelings into their own convictions so as to achieve sense construction.
