在新世纪的军旅小说创作阵营中,涌现了一批新锐作家,他们的作品具有不同于以往军旅小说的特质,最为显著的就是其塑造的英雄人物青春叛逆,在纪律严明的军营也要极力张扬个性,但他们同时也怀揣着英雄梦想,忠勇尚武,渴望建立功勋。

In the new century, a group of new and vigorous young writers emerged prominently in the camp of army novel creation. Their works have distinguishing characteristics which are different from the former army novels. The most significant features are that the heroic figures created in these works are young and rebellious and that they do their utmost to publicizing their personality even in a military camp with strict discipline. At the same time, loyal and brave and believing in military training they harbor heroic dreams, longing for doing meritorious deeds.
