混剂中乙蒜素和三唑酮的气相色谱分析方法

Ditermination of the Mixture of Tradimefon and Ethylicin

本文介绍了采用OV-101为固定液的石英毛细管柱,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,程序升温气相色谱法对混剂中乙蒜素和三唑酮同柱一次性分离、定性、定量。测得结果在一定范围内成良好的线性,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998;变异系数分别为0.51%、0.75%;平均回收率为99.6%、99.9%。

A method for seperation and determination of ethylicin and tradimefon in the mixture by GC with OV-101 capillary column and diethyl phthalate as internal standard was established. The results showed that the coeffeeients of variation were 0.51% and 0.75% , the average recoveries were 99.6% and 99.9%, the linear correlations coefficient were 0.999 9 and 0.999 8 respectively.
