摘要 用单辊快淬法制成厚度为25~30μm、宽度为15~50mm的非晶薄带,卷绕并经合适的真空热处理后得到的电流互感器铁芯,其相对初始磁导率一般可达60000以上,相对最大磁导率达200000左右,比较了纳米晶合金铁芯与铁镍合金(1J85)铁芯的磁化曲线和损耗角曲线,讨论了该新材料用于电流互感器的竞争优势所在。 Amorphous ribbons with the dimensions of 25~30μm thick and 15~50mm wide were prepared by single roll melt spinning tedhnique.The current transformer cores wound from the ribbons were produced by heat treatment in proper proceedings in vacuum.the relative initial permeabilities of the cores are ,generally,above 60000,and the relative maximum permeabilities are about200000.The magnetizing curve and loss angle curve of nanocrystalling alloy cores are compared with those of nockel iron alloys (1J85).The competitive advantages of the current transformers using this new materials are discussed.
