摘要
本文以离散点紧密的假设为前提,以啮合理论及矢量运算法则为依据,介绍了螺旋面工件刀具型线的通用计算方法,讨论了螺旋面包络加工刀具的二次接触问题。
Supposing that the scattering points are spotted densely, a general calculating method is introduced on the curve of cutters for spiral workpiece based on the meshing theory and the vector calculating rules. And twice contacts of cutters in spiral enveloping surface are also discussed.
