带肋钢筋孔型设计实践

摘要 通过多次技术改造,发现了生产热轧带肋钢筋套用传统的孔型设计参数存在的问题,因而对连铸方坯在箱形孔型、方轧件在平椭圆孔型中宽展系数的选取进行了研究,并介绍了在连铸坯一火成材改造中,通过改进孔型系统改善了咬入状态,使轧制更加稳定。 The problems of using the traditional pass design parameters to produce hot rolled ribbed bars are found after the technology reformations were several times carried out.So the selection of the spread factor in th e box pass and flat oval pass of continuous casting billet are studied.By reformed the pass system during the reformation of continuous casting billet rolling without reheating,the nip condition is improved,the rolling situation is more stable,and the better effects are attained.
