摘要
为确定抗生素废水中有机污染物构成和显色物质,以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,萃取废水中的有机物,经过浓缩纯化后,利用气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对制药废水中的有机成分进行了分析鉴定,结合计算机质谱图库,定性确定了废水中60种有机污染物。其中,脂类为主要污染物成分,经对脱色后的废水进一步GC-MS分析后,初步确定油酸甲酯为此类抗生素废水的主要显色有机物。
To determine the composition of organic pollutants and the color materials in the antibiotics wastewater, using dichloromethane to extract the organic matter in waste water. After concentration and purification, the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology was used to analyze and identify the organic component in the pharmaceutical waste water. Combined with mass spectrometry library computer, it is identified that there are 60 kinds of organic pollutants in wastewater . And the lipid components are the main pollutants. After further analysis of the depolarization wastewater, it is determined that the initial oil methyl ester is the main color organic matter in the antibiotics wastewater.
