摘要
将脉冲电源和直流电源分别作为电凝聚处理特制废水的外加电源,拟探明电源对电凝聚处理废水的电能消耗的影响和相关参数的优化。试验结果表明,当脉冲频率在700-2000 Hz之间变化时,脉冲频率对处理效果影响不显著,最佳占空比为60%。脉冲电流相对直流电流能够有效降低电极过电位,使电能消耗降低40%-50%。
Series of experiments were performed to determine the effects of energy source (pulse vs. constant direct current) on power consumption and effectiveness of electrocoagulation treatment of a special wastewater. The result shows that the pulse frequency (500 - 2 000 Hz) had a small effect on the treatment performance, while 60% on-duty cycle pulse was most cost effective. The pulse-current is more efficient than the direct-current to reduce the over voltage of electrode, and then reduce 40% -50% of the power consumption.
