摘要 以猪粪、沼液和池塘水对玉米、稻草秸进行预处理,研究不同秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气能力。结果表明:采用沼液预处理后的玉米、稻草秸质地柔软,表面布满白色菌落和菌丝,采用沼液顶处理的玉米、稻草秸累计产气量分别为34475、331390mL,发酵期间沼气产气量在50天内保持一个平稳、较高的水平。采用猪粪预处理的玉米、稻草秸厌氧发酵分别在第15、17天产气出现了停止,约20天后产气恢复。发酵温度在26.5—32.0℃范围内,对厌氧反应的影响不明显,反应后期产气量的大小主要取决于发酵原料的连续补充。 This paper studies on the ability of biogas production of corn and rice stalk which have been pretreated with swine feces, biogas slurry and pond water. The result indicates that corn and rice stalk pretreated with biogas slurry display the best effects that the white colonies and hypha grow on them. The total production of biogas of the corn and rice stalk pretreated with biogas slurry is 34 475mL and 331 390mL respectively and maintains stable level in 50 days' time. The aerobic reaction in corn and rice stalk pretreated with swine feces stops on 15th day and 17th day respectively, then resumes after 20 days. Fermentation displays little anaerobic effects when the temperature is from 26.5 to 32.0℃. The production of biogas mainly depends on the continu- ous supplement of fermentation material.
