摘要
导电加热切削时 ,刀 工接触区的状态与常规切削的不同。本文通过分析导电加热切削过程中的电物理现象 ,研究了导电加热切削刀 工接触区的电热状态及其特性。这对于研究导电加热切削的切削加工机理。
The state of tool workpiece contact zone in Electric Hot Machining(EHM) is different from that of conventional cutting. This paper investigates the electrothermal state and its characteristics of tool workpiece contact zone by analysing the electrophysical phenomena in EHM, which has some instructive significance to studying cutting mechanism, electrothermal characteristics, and wear mechanism of cutting tool in EHM, and practising the state control during the processes of EHM.
