USB technology adoption and acceptance highlights its success as a high bandwidth bus.The continued evolution of computing and data storage applications has presented new opportunities and challenges. USB 3.0 addresses the need for increased bandwidth to support applications that provide a more realtime experience.Along with new capabilities,USB 3.0 also brings new design and test challenges. This paper will review methods for compliance and how to get the most accurate,repeatable measurements possible for transmitters.
