脂环族环氧树脂的紫外光固化性能

摘要 研究了脂环族环氧树脂CER-170的紫外光固化性能,利用红外光谱对树脂固化前后的结构进行了表征,考查了光固化时间对凝胶率的影响,并对在最佳固化条件下所得的固化产物进行了性能测试。结果表明,在光固化时间为6min时,凝胶率已达80.90%。在此条件下得到的胶膜冲击强度为4.9N·m;柔韧性为2mm,硬度为3H,粘附力为3级。 In this paper, UV-curing properties of cycloaliphatic epoxy resin CER-170 were studied , the resin was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) before and after curing ,and the effect of light-cured time on gel rate was investigated. The performance of resin for the best curing time was determined. The results showed that when the cure time was 6 min, the gel rate reached 80.90%. Under these conditions we got the resin which has shock strength of 4.9 N · m, toughness of 2 mm, hardness of 3H and adhesion of level three.
