过氧化体增殖物激活型受体γ配体罗格列酮对荷瘤小鼠的毒副作用

Effects of PPARγ Ligand Rosiglitazone in the Human Gastric Carcinoma MGC803 Cells Transplanted into Subrenal-capsule of Mice

摘要 目的探讨过氧化体增殖物激活型受体γ(PPARγ)配体罗格列酮对人胃癌MGC803细胞荷瘤小鼠的毒副作用。方法建立人胃癌MGC803细胞小鼠肾囊膜下移植瘤模型后,50 mg/kg罗格列酮连续灌胃5天作用于荷瘤小鼠,观察其体重、肝肾功能、血糖和肝肾结构的变化。结果50 mg/kg罗格列酮对荷瘤小鼠血糖、肝脏和肾脏结构及功能无明显影响。结论PPARγ配体50 mg/kg罗格列酮对荷瘤小鼠无明显毒副作用。 Objective To investigate the side effects of peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor-γ (PPARγ) ligand rosiglitazone in vivo of mice which were transplanted the human gastric carcinoma cells line MGC803 into subrenal - capsule. Methods To establish kunming mouse tumor modes of MGC803 cells transplanted into subrenal - capsule and assay the changes including weight, haptic function,renal function,blood sugar, haptic structure and renal structure of the transplanted - tumor mouse which were continuously poured into with 50 mg/kg rosiglitazone for five days. Results 50 mg/kg rosiglitazone have no obvious effect on weight, haptic function,renal function,blood sugar, haptic structure and renal structure of the transplanted - tumor mouse. Conclusion 50 mg/kg PPARγ ligand rosiglitazone has no side effects on the transplanted - tumor mouse.
