Objective To detect the expressions of survivin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD105 in eolorectal carcinoma, and investigate their relationship in pathogenesis, development and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The study included 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma as experimental group and 40 cases of normal tissues as control group. The expressions of Survivin, VEGF and CD105 in different pathological character were analyzed by applying the Flow Cytometry. Results Comparisons of the primary tumors with colorectal carcinoma and normal tissues show that there were significant upregulation of Survivin, VEGF and CD105. The expressions of Survivin, VEGF and CD105 were associated with differentitation, infiltration degree, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis. There was positive correlationship between Survivin and VEGF, VEGF and CD105, Survivin and CD105 in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusions Survivin, VEGF and CD105 may be correlated with the pathogenesis and development of colorectal carcinoma. The expressions of Survivin, VEGF and CD105 protein may be significant prognostic indicators.
